They are seeking a Superintendent to oversee fast-paced retail and restaurant projects in the vibrant Cincinnati area!

Job Description
  • Lead and Execute: Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects stay on time, within scope, and meet our high-quality standards.
  • Problem Solve on the Fly: Manage subcontractors, resolve construction challenges, and keep everything on track in the fast-moving retail/restaurant sector.
  • Build Relationships: Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Stay Hands-On: Be actively involved in ensuring site safety, managing schedules, budgets, and materials to keep everything running smoothly.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: 5+ years of superintendent experience, preferably in retail/restaurant projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of blueprints, building codes, safety regulations, and project management software.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and drive results on-site.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing demands, tight timelines, and the fast-paced environment of commercial construction.
