Commercial Banking Senior Credit Analyst (Direct Hire Role)

We're hiring for a dynamic Commercial Lending Senior Credit Analyst who will perform a broad range of tasks examining and processing complex financial data, drafting detailed credit approval presentations, and coordinating with different levels in the organization to ensure timely and accurate completion of required reports.

Job Duties:

• Accurate assessment of borrowers' credit risk
• Analyzing financial reports, tax returns, and financial projections
• Collaborating with credit officers and relationship managers to resolve financial and collateral issues
• Interacting with the appraisal committee for appraisals, reviews, and internal real estate evaluations
• Assist with the administration of workout credits including, completion of problem loan reports, documentation reviews, file, and collateral audits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years Commercial Banking Credit Analysis experience (banking commercial credit analysis required)
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not necessary if you have an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Formal credit/cash flow analysis training
• Collateral audit experience
• Accustomed to operating standard office equipment
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, GAAP norms
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Positive and professional attitude
