Human Resources Administrator

We are in search of a Human Resources Administrator who will be a part of our team in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry situated in League City, Texas, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including benefits reconciliation and handling sensitive data.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with benefits reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups, for data management and reporting
- Ensure the correct use of HR systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian
- Conduct auditing tasks as required to maintain high-quality standards
- Perform background checks in line with the company's policies and procedures
- Manage various benefit functions to support employees' needs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in all HR operations
- Utilize About Time software for efficient time tracking and management
- Handle inquiries related to the ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Use Concur for travel and expense management to support company operations.
- Applicant must have proficiency in ADP
- Financial Services
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential
- Ability to use Ceridian software effectively
- Knowledge of Concur software is necessary
- Experience with About Time software is a plus
- Capability to conduct Auditing effectively
- Experience in conducting Background Checks is needed
- Proficient in handling Benefit Functions
- Experience in ensuring Compliance in a chemicals manufacturing industry is required
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving attitude and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Familiarity with labor laws.
