Human Resources Administrator

We are in search of a Human Resources Administrator who will be a part of our team in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry situated in League City, Texas, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including benefits reconciliation and handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with benefits reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups, for data management and reporting
  • Ensure the correct use of HR systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian
  • Conduct auditing tasks as required to maintain high-quality standards
  • Perform background checks in line with the company's policies and procedures
  • Manage various benefit functions to support employees' needs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in all HR operations
  • Utilize About Time software for efficient time tracking and management
  • Handle inquiries related to the ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
  • Use Concur for travel and expense management to support company operations.
  • Applicant must have proficiency in ADP
  • Financial Services
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
  • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential
  • Ability to use Ceridian software effectively
  • Knowledge of Concur software is necessary
  • Experience with About Time software is a plus
  • Capability to conduct Auditing effectively
  • Experience in conducting Background Checks is needed
  • Proficient in handling Benefit Functions
  • Experience in ensuring Compliance in a chemicals manufacturing industry is required
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving attitude and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Familiarity with labor laws.
