- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Oversee subcontractor activities, procurement, and project logistics
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Resolve any project-related issues and mitigate risks

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of managing commercial projects from start to finish

- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- PMP certification is a plus
