Payroll Manager

Our amazing client is offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Manager in the Restaurants & Catering industry. This role is based about 45 minutes east of Nashville, Tennessee and offers a hybrid work environment. As a Payroll Manager, you will supervise a team and manage all aspects of payroll processing and reporting using WorkDay software.

• Supervise and provide performance management for the payroll team
• Ensure accurate and efficient payroll adjustments and reporting in WorkDay
• Manage W2 processing and audits related to payroll
• Assist with the preparation of the payroll budget
• Handle census reporting duties
• Oversee the administration of 401k and RRSP programs
• Conduct auditing and benefit functions
• Manage payroll for a large number of employees (over 50,000)
• Handle garnishments in payroll.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll management role.
• Proven skills in 401k - RRSP Administration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in auditing.
• Experience in handling benefit functions.
• Knowledge and experience in W2 management.
• Experience in managing payroll for over 5,000 employees is mandatory.
• Proficiency in using Workday and Workday Payroll software.
• Experience in handling garnishments.
