About Us:

Responsibilities include defining project scope, managing budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery that aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate project status, progress, and roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to drive success.

• Experienced: 10+ years in Construction Management (could have been Assistant PM for a part of that)
• Self Starter
• Must be a hard worker
• General Understanding of putting bids together, and running a project
• Estimation experience is required
• Need to be well-rounded, i.e. can put estimates together, negotiate, and manage the project.
