job summary:As a manufacturing technician, you will produce and assemble products according to specifications. You will operate and maintain machinery to ensure production standards are met then finalize products and prepare them for shipping. These operators will be responsible for carrying out tasks efficiently and effectively as directed by Lead Techs and operations/engineering, primarily the operation of equipment at respective stations.
They must arrive on time every shift and uphold the necessary quality of work product and work ethic. While the Lead Tech is responsible for issue escalation, the manufacturing technician is expected to alert the Lead Tech to abnormalities, rather than just running carelessly.
