Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative operations, such as scheduling, filing, and data management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including patient inquiries.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring the environment meets operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and organizational policies.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in administration or healthcare is a plus.
