Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)

Responsibilities:

• Create and assess system concepts and alternatives to identify the most effective design and engineering solution for each project, taking into account the project's scope.
• Develop and deliver effective proposals and presentations.
• Lead and coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and administration staff
• Interface with clients to discuss changes to designs and/or specifications.
• Supporting the firm's human resources initiatives by providing training and mentorship to junior members of the organization.
