Business Analyst

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in HERSHEY, Pennsylvania. As a Business Analyst, you would be primarily focused on the segmentation of devices in a hospital environment into VRs and VLANs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial discovery as a Business Analyst on the project
• Utilize Splunk to identify IPs and their communication channels
• Collaborate with the team on the NetFlow diagram to understand how different products communicate within the network
• Identify necessary firewalls and prepare for escalation without directly configuring them
• Leverage experience with VIZIO in the execution of tasks
• Work closely with a supporting Project Manager to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze and submit required reports and documentation.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a business analyst role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Splunk, VLAN, and NetFlow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into understandable reports and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Visio.
