Remote - Technical Writer / Project Coordinator

Candidates will be required to attend monthly meetings onsite in Richmond and on an AS NEEDED basis when requested by the Manager ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Writer / Project Coordinator to join our team.
In this dual role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation while coordinating project timelines and resources to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Technical Writing: Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and system specifications.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and clarify technical details. Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines. Create and maintain documentation templates and standards to improve efficiency and quality.
Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Experience in technical writing and project coordination Required 3 Years Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and products.
Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO) is a plus. Highly desired 3 Years Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey complex information clearly. Highly desired 3 Years Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex security concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
Required 3 Years Proficient in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, A e Acrobat, Confluence Highly desired 3 Years Familiarity with project management software Highly desired 3 Years Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
