Responsibilities:
- Manage bi-weekly payroll activities for a substantial number of employees and monthly payroll for a smaller group.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations.
- Utilize ADP software to facilitate all payroll activities.
- Administer and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle complex payroll inquiries and resolve them efficiently.
- Monitor overtime and ensure it aligns with company policies.
- Utilize accounting software systems to streamline payroll processes.
- Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle 401k and RRSP administration duties.
- Perform other accounting functions as needed. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce
- Understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration
- Proficiency in About Time software
- Experience in various Accounting Functions
- Auditing skills
- Knowledgeable about Benefit Functions
