Packing Team Lead
We collaborate in the production of Pre-Pack (PPK) in a safe environment with the highest quality standards, developing our human talent, fulfilling and satisfying the needs of our customers, the builders of tomorrow. The Pre-Pack Level 5 position is the support leader of the area who optimizes and manages resources (number of people and required production), participates and ensures the follow-up of continuous improvement processes (LCI tools) and maintains a good atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork for their respective area.
Responsibilities:
- Support Group Leader/Shift Supervisor with operations of Pre-Pack area.
- Report any type of incident that occurs within LVA immediately to the responsible authorities.
- Follow the guidelines established in accordance with the Security Policies that are governed within the LEGO Group.
- Actively participate in the drills and activities related to the safety issue carried out in the plant.
- Comply in a timely manner with the established processes and procedures related to the care and maintenance of the environment, including the correct disposal of waste selected as recyclable, as well as make good use of resources such as water and electricity, report the lack of resources to carry out the processes correctly and report suggestions for improvement focused on the care of the environment.
- Ensure 5 (S) execution.
- Confirm that team members do ergonomic exercises.
- Confirm that people follow safety standards and escalate/report to supervisor in case of non-compliance i.e. Correct use of PPE.
- Maintain the actions taken in case of accidents/incidents so that there is no new accident/incident due to the same cause.
- Comply with your proactive safety indicator per month.
- Ensure that the 360 methodology and Stop Call Wait are applied.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- 2 to 5 years minimum experience managing people .
- 2 to 5 years warehouse experience.
- Advanced and verified knowledge in Pre-Pack/P99 lines /joker lines .
- Com plete and pass all required skills assessments, and in role hours training requirements for Level 1 to 4 pre-pack levels
- Continuous standing and walking

- Lifting product up to 33 lbs.
- Grabbing/Pinching
- Reach away from your body.
- Bending/ squatting
- 18 years of age.
- Must be willing and able to work 12 hour shift .
- Starting Salary: $24.00
- Ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate education.
