Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role involves managing complex workflows and facilitating internal change requests in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with various teams and external partners on Salesforce projects
• Managing and updating workflows and change requests
• Ensuring efficient communication and collaboration within and outside the team
• Driving decisions and managing the scope of the project
• Utilizing Salesforce product knowledge to handle technical aspects over people management
• Monitoring vendor timelines and overseeing contractors
• Utilizing Agile project management experience to handle leftover components
• Managing IT Business Analysis and change requests
• Working with systems like Hubspot, non-profit, form assembly, experience cloud
• Ensuring the smooth running of the IT project management and change management processes. • The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management or senior consultancy role.
• Possession of skills such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Integration Cloud, and Salesforce Integration is essential.
• Proficiency in Organizational Change Management and Change Management is required.
• The candidate needs to have a strong background in IT project management.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments is vital.
• Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
• The applicant should be capable of effectively managing stakeholders.
• Experience in Salesforce Implementations is crucial.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX is beneficial.
• Past experience in a PMO - Project Management Office setting is desired.
• Formal Project Management training or certification is a must.
