Bilingual Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and has 2-5 years of related marketing experience or experience in consumer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing marketing assets and ensure they are updated and localized for bilingual audiences.
• Communicate with marketing and sales teams about upcoming projects and collateral, ensuring alignment across languages.
• Oversee project timelines and drive initiatives to meet deadlines.
• Create and maintain product spreadsheets and other marketing materials using Excel with bilingual input when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify requirements for marketing assets and projects for multilingual audiences.
• Assist in translating or coordinating the translation of marketing collateral as needed to maintain cultural and linguistic accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• 2-5 years’ experience in marketing or a related field, ideally in bilingual or multi-language environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in driving projects and ensuring they remain on track.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with attention to cultural nuances in marketing materials.
• Able to “hit the ground running” and thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms or tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Knowledge of branding strategies for multiple audiences and experience in digital marketing.
• Prior work in localization or global marketing would be an asset.
