We are in search of a dedicated HR Specialist to be part of our team based in Costa Mesa, California. The HR Specialist will be a vital team member, who will handle a variety of HR and administrative tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, hiring, and training.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid and remote setting, offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:- Handle HR and administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into HR activities.
- Ensure adherence to all aspects of California compliance, including onboarding, hiring, and training procedures.
- Utilize software such as Restaurant 365 for payroll & Microsoft Office for daily operations.
- Exemplify resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in HR-related challenges.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork.
- Leverage HR Administration skills to manage employee-related services.
- Utilize ATS
- Asynchronous Transfer Mode and CRM to manage recruitment and customer relationships.
- Administer benefits functions to ensure employees are well-informed of their entitlements.
- Take initiative in onboarding and administrative assistance tasks to support the team.
- Familiarity and experience with CRM systems is expected.
- Candidate must have a strong understanding of benefit functions within an organization.
- Compliance knowledge, particularly in relation to HR laws and regulations, is essential.
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is a key requirement.
- Administrative Assistance skills, such as organization and time management, are needed.
- The ability to effectively manage onboarding processes for new hires is required.
