Legal Secretary Litigation Defense

Our client is seeking a litigation Legal Secretary to support their law firm in the complex insurance defense litigation industry. This is an onsite role in Atlanta, Georgia. Role will involve managing and processing legal documents, supporting attorneys with administrative tasks, and communicating with clients and court personnel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications related to legal proceedings
- Handling legal pleadings in both state and federal courts
- Drafting and serving discovery documents
- Overseeing law firm's document management and billing software
- Assisting attorneys with diverse administrative tasks as required
- Maintaining organized and accurate legal files
- Interacting with clients and court personnel when necessary
- Managing complex litigation and defense litigation processes
- Providing litigation support.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary
- Proficiency in Litigation - Filing
- Experience in Discovery processes within legal contexts
- Skilled in preparing and managing Legal Pleadings
- Background in Complex Litigation cases
- Familiarity with Defense Litigation
- Experience in Insurance Defense Litigation is a must
- Capable of providing Litigation - Defense
- Proven track record in Litigation Support
