LATAVCO (Prime Vendor) is seeking a few qualified resumes for our client's (Facilities Dept) for a Grounds Crew Member for their Conroe, Texas location. This is a temporary March 3, 2025 to August 31, 2025 FT contract role.
Scope: Must have knowledge of Lawn Equipment and be able to use it
Be able to take directions, dependable transportationWork independently
No smoking allowed during work hours or on location
Location / Hours: Position will require the temp employee to be onsite at 3200 College Park Dr, Conroe, Texas.
Office Hours: 5 am 1:30 pm CT (30 minutes for lunch); Monday-Friday.
Term: As soon as candidates are selected to August 31, 2025 (Strong Potential for temp contract extensions)Budget: The hourly rate is $16.00 per hour.
