Part-time Graphic Designer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Catalog Management: Assist in managing, maintaining, and updating a 250-page physical and digital catalog to ensure all design assets and information remain current.
• Software Flexibility: Adapt to using various cataloging software systems based on prior experience.
• Design Execution: Create and refine design assets for a variety of clients using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Animate (AI).
• Publication Layout: Handle end-to-end physical publication layout projects, ensuring they meet professional design and quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and agency clients to deliver innovative, attention-grabbing visual designs.
• Must be able to go ON-SITE in Raleigh area on part time schedule.
• Must pass a standard 7-year background check.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional graphic design experience, primarily within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, with a high level of proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Animate (AI).
• Demonstrated experience with physical publication layouts and the ability to organize and update large-format projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure consistent catalog updates and asset management.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively manage time across multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with newer AI tools for graphic design (e.g., DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) to streamline processes (not required but a bonus).
• Open mindset towards learning and adapting to emerging trends and tools in graphic design and asset cataloging.
