- Manages shipping, receiving and stocking of all inventory materials needed for the ongoing operation of company
- Supervises warehouse technician(s) including training, development, coaching, discipline and performance reviews
- Oversees converter room activities
- Oversees testing of reclaimed customer equipment
- Maintains accurate records and database of inventory materials received, warehoused and dispersed
- Completes purchase orders with approved vendors for required materials
- Projects advance inventory requirements in conjunction with technical operations manager
- Maintains sufficient inventory levels to meet demand while maintaining efficient inventory levels and highest possible inventory turns
- Disperses equipment to field technicians and maintains employee receipt records
- Performs quarterly and annual audits of inventory items
- Delivers materials to satellite operations centers
- Maintains open and professional communication with all staff, including management, independent contractors, technical staff and office personnel
- Performs other duties as assigned
- This position is responsible for the supervision of warehouse technician(s)
