Lamination Team Lead
We’re seeking a Lamination Team Lead to manage a team of Laminators, oversee the lamination process, and ensure the production of defect-free fiberglass components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct your team during filament lamination activities.
- Coordinate with the Production Foreman and other teams on the production floor.
- Prepare surfaces and materials for lamination, including sanding, grinding, and mixing resins.
- Apply resin and glass fiber, ensuring defect-free results.
- Inspect laminates for quality and remove defects.
- Assemble custom FRP products from blueprints, ensuring accurate measurements and fits.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Complete necessary documentation and logs as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an FRP laminator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of laminate materials, methods, and practices.
- Familiar with mixing resins, accelerators, and catalysts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Not allergic to fiberglass-related materials or chemicals.
- Ability to work overtime if required.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
