Short Description:
Completes MDA Administrative payroll.
Supports MDA with obtaining quotes, invoices, new equipment, orders supplies.
Enters and tracks requisitions & orders in systems (i.e., iCooper, etc).
Facility oversite for MDA locations.
Escalate any issues to the AVP, Strategic Business Operations.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Education Requirements:
Minimum 5 years direct experience in a Healthcare environment.
Special Requirements:
Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of management, physicians, clinicians, payors and patients.
Proactive problem-solving & critical-thinking skills.
