Part-time Hourly Coach Cadre Manager

Overview:

LMI is seeking a skilled Coach Cadre Manager with a flexible schedule (averaging 25% FTE). Hours typically ramp up at the end and start of each month. The position requires managing a cadre of approximately 35 internal LMI and subcontracted coaches (henceforth LMI Cadre).

Additionally, the Coach Cadre Manager matches all government coaching clients with LMI cadre coaches and is responsible for capturing and reporting coaching project progress, successes, and improvements.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Manage LMI Cadre Monthly Status Reporting
  • On a reoccurring monthly basis, communicate, gather, and organize coaches’ Monthly Status Report (MSR) for sessions completed in the previous month.
  • Follow-up with coaches whose MSR’s are past due.
  • Escalate reporting issues.
  • Manage LMI Cadre Repository in Excel of all coaching engagements and update no less than monthly.
  • Manage and update LMI Cadre resumes, biographies, and qualifications yearly.
  • Update Cadre Manager SOPs as needed.
  • Coach Matching
  • Update Coach Matching communication templates and SOPs as needed.
  • Work with each project’s Project Manager to staff and match LMI Cadre coaches with project clients.
  • Work with each project’s Project Manager to manage and distribute LMI Cadre work authorizations.
  • Responsible for communication with project clients.
  • Assist in onboarding LMI Cadre coaches.
  • End of Project Reporting
  • Update and manage all end-of-year coaching questionnaires for each project.
  • Update and manage an LMI Cadre end-of-year coaching questionnaire.
  • Draft and finalize a yearly end-of-coaching PowerPoint to project clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Minium of 10 years work experience overall.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, and SharePoint.
  • High proficiency in Excel required.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements in an administrative setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in communications and managing resource trackers.
  • Proficiency in SmartSheets and PowerBI.
  • Certification in Administrative Support or a related field.
