Electrical Design Engineer-Analog/Digital Sensors

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop analog and digital sensor circuits for signal acquisition and processing.

Work with microcontrollers, ADCs, DACs, and signal conditioning circuits to optimize sensor performance.
Develop schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD).
Conduct simulations, prototyping, and validation testing of sensor circuits.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers to integrate sensors into larger systems.
Perform component selection, cost analysis, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and debug electrical designs for performance optimization and reliability improvements.

Document design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with analog and digital circuit design, including op-amps, filters, and signal processing.
Proficiency in PCB design and layout tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, etc.).
Knowledge of sensor technologies, including temperature, pressure, motion, and optical sensors.
Strong understanding of signal integrity, noise reduction techniques, and EMI/EMC considerations.
Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.).
Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
Experience with design verification, testing, and debugging techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with low-power sensor design for IoT applications.

Knowledge of wireless sensor technologies (BLE, LoRa, Zigbee, etc.).
Familiarity with ASIC and FPGA-based sensor interfaces.

Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Testability).
