Overview:

Mallard Cove Dental is now hiring a Full Time Experienced Dental Office Administrator in Atlanta, Georgia!

As a Full Time Experienced Dental Office Administrator, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

This role reports directly to the Office Manager of the practice.

Monday - Thursday 7:15AM - 4:30PM

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for verification of insurance and insurance coordination
  • Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
  • Patient check in/out
  • Coordinating patient payments
  • Answers incoming calls
  • Confirm and schedule appointments
  • Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation
  • Manage administrative duties
  • Organizing and helping with claims
  • Manage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience required
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Reliable and collaborative team member
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
