Desktop Support Analyst

As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our team, contributing to the efficient running of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Operate and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance
• Address any issues related to Apple Devices, Jamf Pro, and Okta
• Conduct hardware troubleshooting and repair for various computer systems
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Apple iOS for effective problem-solving
• Resolve technical issues related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies
• Manage computer hardware and ensure its efficient operation
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new systems and policies
• Stay abreast of the latest technologies and implement them as needed
• Provide training and support to users to ensure efficient use of hardware and software.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficient in working with Apple devices and Apple iOS
• Experience with Jamf Pro for Apple device management is essential
• Familiarity with Okta for identity and access management
• Proven skills in hardware troubleshooting, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end users and team members
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Relevant certification or degree in Information Technology or related field would be advantageous
• Good understanding of IT protocols and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
