What You'll Do:

• Drive Projects from Concept to Completion: Manage all phases of site design projects, from initial design and contract documentation to shop drawing reviews, site visits, and final project closeout.
• Make Critical Engineering Decisions: Independently make civil engineering design decisions, contributing your expertise to project success. Complex decisions will be collaboratively addressed with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Direct and coordinate workloads with internal and external project team members, including structural, MEP, and geotechnical engineers, ensuring seamless integration of all disciplines.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance: Conduct thorough shop drawing reviews and ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and approval processes.
• Contribute to Diverse Projects: Participate in projects impacting civil infrastructure, commercial development, and urban planning, leaving a tangible mark on the community.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Current Civil Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is required.
• Expertise in civil engineering design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel. Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
• A comprehensive understanding of building systems and site requirements across various engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, geotechnical).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• The ability to self-manage projects while collaborating effectively within a team.
