• Project Coordination: Assist in planning and organising project activities, schedules, and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and meeting notes, to facilitate clear communication among stakeholders.
• Support Senior Managers: Work closely with senior project managers to track project progress and help resolve any issues that arise.
• Resource Allocation: Assist in identifying and coordinating the resources needed for project tasks, including materials and personnel.
• Communication Facilitation: Serve as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders, ensuring information is shared effectively.
• Budget Tracking: Help monitor project budgets and expenses, reporting any discrepancies to senior management.
• Quality Assurance: Support efforts to ensure that project work meets established quality and safety standards.

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
