Robert Half - Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
A leading Personal Injury firm is searching for a Litigation Paralegal to add to their team in either their Seattle or Tacoma offices. This position involves managing various legal tasks, including handling discovery documents, managing summons/complaints, interrogatories, trial binders, and expert witnesses.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the filing of suits within civil courts to ensure adherence to legal protocols and deadlines.
- Managing discovery processes, including organizing discovery documents and responding to discovery requests.
- Assisting in the preparation and management of summons and complaints to advance our legal proceedings.
- Handling interrogatories by preparing responses and coordinating with relevant parties for information gathering.
- Preparing trial binders and ensuring all necessary documents are included and organized for efficient access during trial.
- Coordinating with expert witnesses, scheduling their appearances, and assisting in the preparation of their testimonies.
- Conducting analysis of medical records to support personal injury claims.
- Assisting in the overall litigation process for personal injury cases, providing critical support to our legal team.
