A state-of-the-art, non-profit, short term acute care facility located 1 hour east of Columbus is looking for a permanent Social Worker for the DAY shift.

DESCRIPTION

Provides professional social work services through the assessment and resolution of problems and issues that impact overall health and wellbeing, including discharge planning.

QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of a 4 year bachelors degree in Social Work or Masters of Counseling from an accredited college or university
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Counselor (LPC) in the State of Ohio
Extensive knowledge in human behavior and personality development

Ability to use a holistic approach to patient care
