Litigation Attorney (REMOTE)

The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of procedural laws and ethics and should demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. This position can be up to 100% remote for candidates living and actively licensed in Washington State.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from initial client meeting to settlement, litigation or trial.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, responses, and settlement agreements.
• Successfully negotiate case settlements, engaging with claim adjustors, and structuring settlement documents.
• Attend court proceedings including, but not limited to, hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations when necessary.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, associates, paralegals, legal assistants to ensure streamlined work processes.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, with a bonus structure based on collected fees of settled cases. Benefits available with this position include medical premiums 100% covered by employer; participation in the company's 401K retirement plan, 16 days of paid time off to start and paid holidays.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in personal injury law.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
