Reporting to the Events & B2B Director, this role will be the point person on one of our luxury client accounts. The role is hybrid with the majority of time spent between our LA warehouse (90014) and the client (90210), with the occasional opportunity to work from home.The successful candidate will need to be within a realistic commute to both LA locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organisation of logistics end to end
- Work closely with the B2B team with the proposal development process
- Proactively create a month by month calendar to capture key occasions to celebrate with flower installation opportunities
- Client liaison in person, via email and phone with a strong focus on exceptional customer service
- Product ordering, accessory sourcing, and inventory management
- Assisting with the scheduling of in-house and freelance florists and production team
- Attending client meetings and site visits
- Execution of contract, events, and installations on-site in LA
- Administrative duties such as client invoicing and budget reconciliation
- Assisting the B2B and Events team with other ad hoc duties
- You will have 3-4 years of professional, corporate office experience, ideally with a background in hospitality and/or luxury industry
- Project and client management
- Flower and plant knowledge would be a strong advantage, if not, you'll need a strong willingness to learn and develop
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, go-getting attitude and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to take ownership, organise and prioritise work within tight timeframes
- Problem solver, adaptable to change, and ability to execute quickly
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Desire to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Team player who enjoys working with other people and building relationships both internally and externally

- $75,000-$80,000 salary
