Dental Office Manager
This position requires someone with strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining a positive work environment. The Office Manager will act as a liaison between the staff, patients, and the dental team to ensure an efficient and welcoming experience for everyone.

Responsibilities- Manage front office operations, including scheduling, patient check-ins, check-outs, and insurance verification
- Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure excellent customer service and office efficiency
- Maintain patient records, billing, and insurance submissions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
- Oversee patient appointment scheduling and manage the office calendar
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and address billing or insurance issues
- Monitor office supplies and order as necessary while managing budget constraints
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on office performance, including financial reports, staff productivity, and patient satisfaction
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
- Address any facility-related issues, ensuring the office environment is clean, welcoming, and functional
