Spray Painter - Trailer Manufacturing

• Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prepare trailer surfaces for painting, ensuring that surfaces are free from rust, dirt, and other contaminants.
• Painting: Apply primers, sealers, and finishing coats using spray guns or other equipment to trailer bodies, frames, and components.
• Equipment Setup: Prepare and adjust spray-painting equipment, including selecting appropriate nozzles and mixing paint to the correct consistency.
• Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for any defects, ensuring a uniform and smooth finish. Address touch-ups and corrections as necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the use of protective gear, proper ventilation, and handling hazardous materials safely.
• Maintenance: Clean and maintain spray-painting equipment, booths, and work areas to ensure optimal performance and prevent cross-contamination.
• Color Matching: Mix and match paints to ensure consistency with specified colors and finishes.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of paint usage, equipment maintenance, and work completed.
