Our client is looking for a Scrum Master/Business Analyst to play a crucial role in developing and enhancing their SAAS solution. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Agile methodologies and a passion for defining requirements, testing, and refining applications.

Principal Responsibilities-Serve as Scrum Master for one or more development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and facilitating all Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.-Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, capturing, defining, and refining requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.-Support and guide team members in Agile practices, working to optimize workflows, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.-Oversee application testing processes, ensuring that requirements are met and quality standards are upheld.-Utilize Jira to manage user stories, sprints, and backlog items, ensuring transparency and accuracy in tracking project progress.-Collaborate with product owners to ensure clear communication of project requirements and deliverables.-Coordinate with multiple teams across various locations to facilitate seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives.
