We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Operations/Non-IT Project/Program Manager 2 based in New York. The role involves overseeing the development of creative assets, managing vendor contracts, and coordinating with various teams in the organization.

As a vital part of our team, you will be instrumental in managing various projects, ensuring efficient timelines, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of creative assets through monthly photoshoots and ensure efficient timelines.
  • Handle all retail marketing deliverables for apparel signage showroom assets briefed monthly.
  • Look after vendor and contract management.
  • Assist in all apparel-related Member Support communications, promotions, policies, product knowledge, photoshoot planning, and coordination.
  • Support the Affiliate/Influencer program with product seeding and communication to vendors.
  • Foster increased collaboration with key departments and stakeholders.
  • Maintain the Apparel team omnichannel marketing calendar for visibility across the organization.
  • Manage apparel team project plans and consistently follow-up to ensure projects are on track.
  • Work closely with the creative team in gathering vital assets including copy, photography, videography, swatches, and samples.
  • Oversee vendor contract management for the team.
  • Regularly update stakeholders regarding project status. • Proven experience in operations, project, or program management
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate project goals and progress effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Understanding of marketing principles and brand awareness strategies
  • Experience in planning, coordinating and executing operational processes
  • Knowledge in policy and procedure design and implementation
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to oversee production timelines and deliverables
  • Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in calendar management for scheduling and coordination of project tasks
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with internal and external partners
  • Experience in promotions, photography, and video production is a plus
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies
  • Ability to handle program management responsibilities, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of programs
  • Knowledge of product details, features, and benefits
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in line with company objectives and strategies.
