Finance Director / Finance Manager

Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a Finance Director / Finance Manager with Healthcare experience to join her Healthcare client in the Hauppauge, New York area. The Finance Director / Finance Manager role will be crucial in providing timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of our financial performance with direct exposure to the C-Suite.

As the Finance Director / Finance Manager you will:

• Lead the Budgeting and Forecasting process and provide accurate and timely reporting on the organization's financial performance
• Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic decisions and planning
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Oversee cash forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources
• Engage in KPI reporting to monitor and evaluate organizational performance
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with industry standards
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Excel VBA for efficient data management and analysis
• Work with BI Applications for data processing and business intelligence needs
• Collaborate with various departments and regional operators for financial planning and analysis.

• Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance leadership role
• Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting and Forecasting
• Proficiency in Cash Forecasting is mandatory
• Experience with KPI Reporting is required
• Need to possess strong skills in Financial Analysis
• Must be able to conduct Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling is necessary
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience with Excel VBA is preferred
• Familiarity with BI Applications (BIApps) is essential
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
• Master's degree or relevant certification (like CFA or CPA) is preferred.
