Customer Service Coordinator/Accounts Payable

There will also be some support of accounts payable functions, and basic administrative tasks.

The selected candidate should have a proven background handling customer service tasks within an office setting. Above average software skills needed, and accuracy/attention to detail is required.

The Customer Service Coordinator will be looking at a base salary in the $55,000 - $65,000 range, and the benefits are competitive with market standards.

• Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of customer service
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is preferred
• Strong data entry skills are required.
• Experience in invoice processing is essential.
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of Sage 100 accounting software is preferred
