Collision Center Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our team and help customers navigate the repair process with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and detailed damage assessments for vehicles.
• Prepare estimates using estimating software (CCC.)
• Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
• Explain repair procedures and costs to customers, ensuring transparency.
• Work closely with the repair team to update estimates as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Requirements:

• Experience as a collision estimator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in estimating software (CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell).
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• I-CAR certification is a plus but not required.
