Chief Technologist Radiology
Adecco Medical & Science is seeking a Chief Technologist - Radiology to lead a dynamic radiology department in a top-tier facility. This role offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and the opportunity to oversee cutting-edge imaging services.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Requirements:
- Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of management/practice experience in Radiology.
- NYSDOH Radiologic Technologist License.
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Radiology Department, including X-Ray, MRI, CT, IR, and Technologist Aide functions.
- Ensure compliance with DOH, JCAHO, ACR, and other regulatory agencies.
- Conduct frequent inspections of work areas, equipment, and staff performance.
- Maintain and secure radiology equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership for radiologic technologists.
- Manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor quality indicators (turnaround times, patient wait times, volume, radiation dose reporting, etc.).
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $94,462.58 - $125,950.11 per year
