San Diego - Receptionist

Our client, a leading firm within the construction field, is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join their team in San Diego, CA. They pride themselves on their professional, high-quality construction projects and the top-tier customer service they provide.

This Receptionist position will manage the front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will strive to keep our client's office running smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality customer service to all guests and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, directing them as necessary.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls, provide information, or transfer calls as required.
3. Sort and distribute daily mail.
4. Support administrative operations by planning and scheduling appointments and meetings.
5. Maintain our client’s paperwork and databases.
6. Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks.
7. High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
8. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, ideally within a construction or related industry.
9. Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
11. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
12. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize work.
13. Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
