Responsibilities:
- Review monthly/quarterly deliverables from the administrator.
- Oversee the issuance of monthly/quarterly capital statements to investors.
- Manage compliance-related filings and lead the annual audit process.
- Approve and allocate expenses across multiple products.
- Assist the client operations team with investor queries and vendor relationships.
- Build and improve controls and review processes for accounting information.
- 8+ years of finance experience in asset management (audit, fund admin, or asset manager roles)
- Experience in private equity, venture capital, or alternative investment firms
- CPA certification is desirable but not required
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
