Staff Accountant

We are in search of a diligent and detail-oriented Staff Accountant in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks to ensure the financial accuracy and transparency of our company. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations.
2. Ensure the validity and accuracy of all accounting records and financial data.
3. Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
4. Assist in the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
5. Support accounts payable and receivable processes as needed.
6. Facilitate and complete special projects as assigned.
7. Maintain and update accounting records and files.

• Must hold a minimum of one year of experience accounting position
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
