Albany ENT & Allergy Services is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join the team. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing a quality patient experience. Performing administrative and customer service-related tasks including check-in, appointment scheduling, and verifying insurance.The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a customer service background. Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a medical office preferred.
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to master the office's software.
- Critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and consistent professional conduct.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required as well as interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
COMPENSATION: The compensation range for this position is $16.00 to $21.00. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
