Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our North Smithfield based client. The primary function of this role is to effectively engage with potential candidates across various disciplines, utilizing advanced sourcing methods to create a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with external candidates for specific position requirements and cultural fit.
• Partner effectively with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business lines and assigned roles.
• Utilize your advanced knowledge of talent sourcing methods to identify potential candidates across diverse disciplines and locations.
• Create a robust pipeline of talent for both current and future openings.
• Develop effective job descriptions that accurately represent the roles and responsibilities of the positions.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate potential candidates for suitability.
• Employ your skills in corporate recruiting and hiring processes to ensure the acquisition of high-quality talent.
• Maintain good employee relations throughout the recruitment process.
• Source candidates using various recruitment methods to meet the talent needs of the business.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of experience in the Talent Acquisition space, along with strong communication skills, a high sense of urgency and strong organizational skills. This role is a priority for our client to fill.
