Champion Windows - Virtual Sales Manager (on-site in Sharonville, OH)
Champion Home Exteriors continues to grow! Currently, we are seeking a highly qualified Virtual Sales Manager to help drive our continued growth.
As a Virtual Sales Manager, you will lead and grow a team of in-home factory sales representatives across multiple markets by managing day-to-day sales activities virtually from a Champion office hub. While you will contribute to the sales effort, your primary responsibility will be the recruiting, hiring, coaching, and development of both new and existing sales representatives.Your role will be key in driving sales growth and EBITDA performance across the virtual territories.

Pay Range: $100,000 per year (plus bonuses)
Work Week: Monday - Friday 8am to 6:30pm & Saturday 9am to 3:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Development: Recruit, interview, hire, and develop a high-performing in-home sales team. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to support team success.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Manager to set and implement strategies for achievement of sales goals. Run virtual sales meetings, performance evaluations, and improvement plans.
- Sales Accountability: Monitor and drive sales results for continuous improvement and growth. Conduct one-on-one sessions to support goal achievement.
- Market Growth Initiatives: Lead the team in sales efforts across multiple locations, ensuring customer satisfaction and increased market share
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: Proven ability to lead, manage, and grow a remote or virtual sales team; experience in in-home sales is a plus
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage team members and motivate remote staff
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual team management tools and remote sales technology platforms. Skilled in leveraging digital resources for sales performance tracking, real-time data analysis, and virtual meeting management. Proficient with computer applications and software such as Microsoft Teams for conducting virtual meetings, facilitating remote collaboration, and ensuring effective team communication
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working virtually from a Champion office hub
- Occasional travel may be required to visit different market locations or attend in-person meetings
