Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls with efficiency and politeness
• Carry out outbound calls while maintaining a pleasant voice and demeanor
• Initiate electronic communication through email and fax
• Handle received documents, both electronic and shipped
• File customer accounts meticulously
• Schedule follow-ups for accounts and ensure timely execution
• Take the necessary follow-up actions for resolving issues
• Maintain strict adherence to company processes and procedures
• Showcase excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
• Utilize 'Call Center Customer Service', 'Word', and 'Excel' skills effectively.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is required
• Must have experience in a Call Center Customer Service role
• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in written form, with customers
• Proficiency with Word and Excel is necessary
• Must possess strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary
• Must be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices is required
