What Youll Do as a Receptionist:
Manage the front desk, answering calls, greeting visitors, and providing a welcoming first impression.Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Support other departments with light tasks, including sorting mail, managing supplies, and handling basic accounts payable documents.
Ensure the front office is clean, organized, and always presentable.
What Were Looking For:
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.Professional presentation, including business attire and excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
