HR Assistant - Robert Half

In this role, you will handle a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks while providing clerical support to the HR department and assisting employees with HR-related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage office and administrative tasks
- Conduct online research to identify potential customers
- Maintain employee database documents
- Assist in organizing new employee orientation meetings
- Handle confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of data encryption
- Perform data entry with accuracy
- Exhibit a strong understanding of customer service
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Utilize office applications and software, along with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
