Job Description

Construction Superintendent

Life Science
Marlborough, MA
Responsibilities
Oversee field staff and report to the Superintendent Group Lead.
Create detailed construction schedules, including task sequencing, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage daily construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and address any deficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

Construction Superintendent - Life Science -Marlborough, MA - Will have

Experience managing $5M+ life sciences projects as a Superintendent.
OSHA 30 certification and MA CSL.
Strong collaborative skills, excellent time management, and communication abilities.
Proven experience leading field staff.
